WELDING MACHINE
The four head welding machine uses PVC fusion technology to weld two cut parts or profiles together. There are primarily two types of welding processes i.e. 90-degree welding, where two profiles are joined at a 90-degree angle, and 45-degree welding, where both profiles are joined at 45 degrees. USP of machines at SIMTA is the precision due to the use of the digitally controlled microprocessor.
Single Point Operational Mechanism for 2 Joints
The Left End Fixed Head provides Weld at Variable Angles from 90° to 180°
Welds both Colored and White Profiles
Fuses 3mm per Side of Profile for Strong Weldings
The Other Three Heads can be moved manually to weld at 90°

All Operations are controlled by PLC with Digital Touchscreen Display.

An angle is formed by the fusion welding process in high precision. We also can do crucify joints and V joints.
We use a robust welding technology where the machine moves in an absolutely precise manner to take a position to get the joints.
Since it is the machine that moves, the microprocessors help in detecting the bend and piston arrangement very accurately and gives a good finish to the welded material.
