The V Cutting Machine is used for high precision welding processes to create V slots of varying depths with precise calculations using the V cutting process. We at SIMTA use extremely high precision technology called the one-way single linear progressive tool with a double saw mechanism which helps obtain accuracy and speedy deliverability.
The machine has a mechanism called the easy adjustment procedure, where the slot is identified the desired depth is created simply by rotating the machine.
Double saw blade mechanism is used for removing the material in one stroke so as to avoid rotating the profiles to get the slot. It is a one-way progressive tool.
A linear measuring device helps speed up the process of measuring the distance of slots simultaneously for wherever it is needed on the frame.
